“We”, “us” or “the company” means Pure Glory Limited, whereas “you”, “your” or “the customer” means the user of this internet site (also known as “the site” or “e.window.com.hk”) for any purposes including on-line shopping.
Prior to the use of the site for any purposes including on-line shopping you are advised to read the following terms and conditions. By using this site we assume all the terms and conditions set out below have been accepted and agreed upon. From time to time we may revise, review or amend these terms and conditions including the site at our sole discretion without any prior notification, and thereafter the revised, reviewed or amended terms and condition will immediately be taken into effect.
GENERAL
All products and/or services sold via the site are regulated by the following terms and conditions unless the laws of Hong Kong SAR state otherwise.
For the purposes of fulfilling our duties including all other associated requirements you are expected to provide complete and accurate information during on-line registration prior to becoming a member, and to update such information whenever necessary.
We have the absolute right to refuse or terminate the registration of any customer for whatever reason without giving any explanation or prior notification.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the orders you placed online will be fulfilled we shall not be liable to any customer if we are unable to fulfil an order for whatever reasons including, but not exclusive to payment issue or incomplete/inaccurate delivery address, etc.

The e.window® trademark is owned and used solely by our company. All rights are reserved.
All graphics, designs, videos, logo and trademarks within the site may not be used without the prior written consent of the company.
At any time relating to the use of the site, you are prohibited to distribute or commercially exploit the site or any part of its content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to all or part of the site at any time without prior notification for any reason which is deemed by the sole discretion of the company to be in violation of any application law or is harmful to the company or a third party.
NOTIFICATION
We may from time to time send out communication or notification via electronic mails, the site and/or by post.
PAYMENT METHOD:
We accept on-line payment via PayPal, through which customers can pay using credit card.
Bank-in payment is also available but only restricted to Hong Kong SAR. We do not accept any currencies other than Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). Following the use of this payment method customers are advised to email or fax us the date and time of the transaction including the reference number of the transaction and the name of the Bank in which the transaction was carried out. We will no longer be able to deliver the placed orders within certain timescale and as such the section on Delivery Time under “DELIVERY TERMS” below will be voided if customers have failed to provide the aforementioned details within 3 working days the date of the transaction.
DELIVERY TERMS:
We only deliver to areas within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and parts of New Territories within Hong Kong SAR via a delivery company/courier of our choice.
For off islands which have not been listed above or areas defined by the Government of Hong Kong SAR as within the Frontier Closed Area (FCA) additional delivery charges and restrictions may apply. If in any doubt you are advised to contact us prior purchasing or carry out any financial transaction.
In addition to the above we, and our appointed delivery companies/couriers will not deliver the placed order(s) to anywhere outside the curtilage of a residential, commercial and/or industrial unit which does not have a defined and recognised postal address.
We reserve the right to decline delivery to any customers for whatever reason at the sole discretion of the company.
Free local delivery is available for value up to HK$400 or over per individual order. An HK$80 charge will be added if the overall value per order is less than HK$400. Each order will be delivered to ONE destination only.
Please contact us first if the delivery place is in foreign country. We will calculate the delivery fee and email to you.
DELIVERY TIME:
Once an order has been confirmed it will be delivered to you within 7 working days from the date of receipt of payment (an extra 2 days may be required when pay via PayPal) unless during this period our delivery has been affected by adverse weather condition, strike, riot, natural/man-made disasters or any other unforeseeable events.
Our time of delivery to your property is as follows:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 17:30 Saturday: 9:00 – 12:30
Sunday and Public holidays: No delivery
Please note, orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY PROCEDURE:
Prior to delivery you will receive a phone call from our appointed delivery company/courier setting out the date and time of collection. Once our appointed delivery company/courier arrives at your property at the agreed time you are expected to be present for collection and for the inspection of goods. Please note, owing to the nature of services offered by our appointed delivery company/courier the inspection of goods can only take place following the signing of delivery confirmation. We reserve the right to handle the products at our sole discretion and will not be responsible for any loss which might incur if the above procedure has not been adhered to at the time of collection.
In the event of a dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
PRODUCT RETURN
Customers are advised to check the condition of the products and quantity against purchase order at the time of delivery. Arrangement will be made to exchange or return the product if at the time of delivery, the product is found to be damaged or if the wrong product has been delivered.
If the product is sold out, we will refund the value of the product to your account. If the good is ordered using bonus points the points will be re-deposited back into your membership account for future use.
7 DAYS GOODS EXCHANGE:
Following delivery customers may exchange product(s) purchased via the site within 7 days from the date of delivery provided that none of the conditions set out below apply:
i. Item number or product colour is different from purchase order
ii. 7 days after the date of delivery
iii. Product(s) have been used, not in its original condition, damaged and/or defective
iv. Product(s)’ packaging have been damaged or not intact
v. Product(s) have not been purchased via the site
vi. The goods are free gift products or samples
vii. Invoice, delivery documentation and guarantee card (if applicable) have not been presented
To exchange products purchased via the site customers are required to do so in person within 7 days from the date of delivery to the following address:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Any other internet sites linked to the site including links and off-site pages which appears on e.window.com.hk have not been reviewed and as such we are not, and cannot be held responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages, links or any other internet site linked to the site. By the same token any other internet sites, links or off-site pages which are deemed by some users as offensive or inappropriate are outside our control. The inclusion of any other internet sites, links or off-site pages on the site does not imply that these site, links or off-site pages have been endorsed by us and as such by entering you are doing so at your own risk.
By accessing the site you are doing so at your own risk. You must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including reliance on the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of any content.
Whilst great care has been taken to provide a functional site, whereby the information contained within is accurate, complete and update we do not guarantee that the site, and the content within is error-free or that the site or the server is free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure, at all times that a competent and up-to-date anti-virus software is installed in your computer or any other associate devices. Failure to do so, and in the case of any damage caused by virtue of virus we will not be held responsible.
We will not be responsible for any costs associated with the servicing, repairing, replacing or purchasing of property, equipment, material, data or any other hardware or software as a direct or indirect result of using the site.
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you/or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the site.
If a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability in accordance with the above but allows a limitation of a certain maximum extent then our liability is limited to that extent.

i. Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material ;

You will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us, all damages awarded against us under any judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction and all settlements sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us arising out or in connection with:
i. any claim by any third party that the use of the site by you is defamatory, offensive or abusive, or of an obscene or pornographic nature, or is illegal or constitutes a breach of any applicable law, regulation or code of practice;
ii. any claim by any third party that the use of the site by you infringes that third party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights of whatever nature; and
iii. any fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory, advertising or trading body or authority in connection with the use of the site by you.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Any other matters and/or instances which have not been covered by the above terms and conditions shall be decided upon by the company. The final decision shall rest on the sole discretion of the company unless the laws of Hong Kong SAR state otherwise.
In the case of discrepancy by virtue of translation the English version shall prevail.

Cancellation

The terms and conditions set out throughout the site will survive cancellation of your registration or termination of this agreement.

1) Our membership scheme is valid for one year only from the date of issue.
2) Our membership scheme is non-transferable
3) Any discount offered does not include transportation, postal and other handling fees.
4) The decision to refuse or to agree a person from becoming a member rest on the sole discretion of the company.
5) All purchase records are based on the data held in our system. In case of a dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
6) We reserve the right to verify the identity of a person registered via the site.
7) We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the terms and conditions as we see fit without any prior notification and to implement and/or to take into effect the amended, revised or updated terms and conditions immediately follows.
Cash rebate scheme:
i.) All cash rebate amount are valid for one year period and are counted from the date of purchase. After which cash rebate amount that have not been used shall automatically expire and shall no longer be valid.
ii) Our cash rebate scheme does not include transportation, postal and other handling fees.
iii) Cash rebate amount will be deducted from your account following confirmation and check-out.
iv.) Cash rebate amount accumulated via our cash rebate scheme are non-transferable (to another member), non-returnable (once used) and non-refundable into any monetary value.
v.) The decision to refuse or to accept a person from taking advantage of our cash rebate scheme rest on the sole discretion of the company.
vi.) All purchase and cash rebate amount records are based on the data held in our system. In case of a dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
vii.) We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the terms and conditions as we see fit without any prior notification and to implement and/or to take into effect the amended, revised or updated terms and conditions immediately follows.
Any other matters and/or instances which have not been covered by the above shall be decided upon by the company. The final decision shall rest on the sole discretion of the company unless the laws of Hong Kong SAR state otherwise.
